"I would like to share my recent experience with the Jeff Herman State Farm Insurance office, highlighting both the service and attention I received. My family and I had previously insured all our vehicles with another agency, but when we received a reminder that our premium was due, I was taken aback to find that it had increased significantly—from $245.00 to $485.00 per month. It's hard to imagine how many could absorb such a rise comfortably. When I reached out to my previous agent, I learned that the increase was attributed to our zip code. While we had the means to pay the higher premium, we were not willing to accept it without exploring other options. Consequently, I began contacting various agencies for quotes. Many were higher in price, but I was relieved to discover that the Jeff Herman State Farm Agency determines premiums based on factors other than just zip codes, utilizing data from the DMV instead. This approach was attractive, but it wasn't the only reason I chose to switch to State Farm. I had the pleasure of speaking with Heather, one of their sales representatives, during my search. She stood out for her professionalism and proactive communication. Unlike other agencies, she consistently followed up with me and expressed a genuine interest in earning my business. Her dedication made a strong impression, and it ultimately influenced my decision to select State Farm. Heather truly is a valuable asset to the Jeff Herman State Farm Agency."
